Today we took a walking tour of Vienna and were able to see the Hofburg Imperial Apartments, Vienna Opera House, and the Schonbrunn Palace gardens.

The Hofburg Palace
This was the winter home of the Hapsburg rulers until 1918.
Schonbrunn Palace
This 1,441 room palace was the summer home of the Hapsburg rulers. We decided not to tour this palace because we toured the Hofburg Apartments but we were still able to tour the gardens, which were well worth the trip!!
