Techie Baby

I recently read this article, "30 Things Babies Born in 2011 Won't Know", while Leah was born in 2010, the article still holds true for many of the things she won't know.  
Here are some of the things she won't know a world without:

Skype: Leah was introduced to Skype at just over 24 hours old.  It amazes me that she'll never know a world without Skype and she'll be able to "see" her grandparents almost anytime she wants.

  

The Internet: She'll never know a world without the internet, let alone a world without internet everywhere.  This is Leah's new favorite toy, the laptop.  One of my friends recommended the website Kneebouncers, and Leah loves it.  While she's still a little young to play it, she loves looking at the colors and listening to the sounds, if you have a toddler or a baby I'd recommend it.  Of course we practice the motto, "Everything in moderation," and we don't spend a whole lot of time on the computer, but it's a nice change of pace and some new music.
